The aid is awarded in the form of a grant.
The aid is the subject of an agreement signed with the beneficiary.
The aid is paid in two instalments. The first instalment, which may not exceed 50% of the total amount of the grant, is paid after the agreement has been signed. The balance is paid after examination of the supporting documents listed in the appendix to this book.
The award decision and the agreement specify the terms and conditions for the recipient company to repay part of the aid paid to the various partner companies, in line with their respective distribution strategies.

L’aide est attribuée sous forme de subvention.
L’aide fait l’objet d’une convention conclue avec le bénéficiaire.
L’aide fait l’objet de deux versements. Le premier versement, qui ne peut excéder 50 % du montant total de l’aide, est effectué après la signature de la convention. Le solde est versé après examen des documents justificatifs mentionnés sur la liste figurant en annexe du présent livre.
La décision d’attribution et la convention précisent les modalités de reversement par l’entreprise bénéficiaire d’une partie de l’aide versée aux différentes entreprises partenaires, au regard de leur stratégie de distribution respective.
