Article A112-1 of the French Insurance Code

The information document provided for in article L. 112-10, inviting policyholders to check whether they already have cover for one of the risks covered by the new contract and informing them of their right to cancel, is drawn up in accordance with the attached model.

It is clearly shown in a box included in the information sheet referred to in article L. 112-2.

Le document d’information prévu à l’article L. 112-10, invitant l’assuré à vérifier s’il n’est pas déjà bénéficiaire d’une garantie couvrant l’un des risques couverts par le nouveau contrat et l’informant de la faculté de renonciation, est établi selon le modèle joint en annexe.
