Article A212-179 of the French Sports Code

At the time of renewal of the declaration, any person wishing to continue to exercise the functions covered by article L. 212-1 must produce a certificate of no contraindication to the practice and supervision of physical or sporting activities dating from less than one year before the day on which the application was submitted and is exempt from producing the supporting documents listed in the second paragraph of article A. 212-176.
However, the applicant must inform the Prefect of any change of address.
The Prefect must also repeat the checks mentioned in article A. 212-177.

Lors du renouvellement de la déclaration, toute personne désirant poursuivre l’exercice des fonctions relevant de l’article L. 212-1 produit un certificat de non contre-indication à la pratique et à l’encadrement des activités physiques ou sportives datant de moins d’un an au jour du dépôt du dossier et est dispensée de la production des pièces justificatives énumérées au deuxième alinéa de l’article A. 212-176.
Toutefois, l’intéressé est tenu d’informer le préfet de tout changement de domicile.
Le préfet doit en outre renouveler les vérifications mentionnées à l’article A. 212-177.
