Article A322-1 of the French Sports Code

It is the responsibility of the administrative authority, when requesting the issue of bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record and the information contained in the automated national judicial file of perpetrators of sexual or violent offences, to ensure that the operator of an establishment mentioned in article L. 322-1 has not been convicted of a crime or one of the offences mentioned in article L. 212-9.

Article A322-1

Il appartient à l’autorité administrative, en demandant la délivrance du bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire et les informations contenues dans le fichier judiciaire national automatisé des auteurs d’infractions sexuelles ou violentes, de s’assurer que l’exploitant d’un établissement mentionné à l’article L. 322-1 n’a pas fait l’objet d’une condamnation pour crime ou pour l’un des délits mentionnés à l’article L. 212-9.
