Article A37-18 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The payment notice sets out all the options available to the offender for paying the fine as well as the practical arrangements for payment.

A detachable payment card is incorporated at the bottom of the front of this notice.

In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 49-3-1, this notice may also include a statement to the effect that payment of the fixed fine may be made by automated remote payment or by dematerialised stamp.

La notice de paiement mentionne l’ensemble des possibilités offertes au contrevenant pour s’acquitter du montant de l’amende ainsi que les modalités pratiques de règlement.

Une carte de paiement détachable est intégrée au bas du recto de cette notice.

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 49-3-1, cette notice peut également comporter une mention précisant que le paiement de l’amende forfaitaire peut être réalisé par télépaiement automatisé ou par timbre dématérialisé.
