Article D1143-10 of the French Labour Code

The commitments made by the employer in the contract for mixed employment and professional equality between women and men must aim to make a significant contribution to establishing professional equality between women and men in the company or establishment, or to contribute to developing mixed employment, by adopting measures to raise awareness, recruit, train, promote and improve working conditions.

Les engagements souscrits par l’employeur dans le contrat pour la mixité des emplois et l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes doivent avoir pour but de contribuer significativement à la mise en place de l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes dans l’entreprise ou l’établissement, ou de contribuer à développer la mixité des emplois, par l’adoption de mesures de sensibilisation, d’embauche, de formation, de promotion et d’amélioration des conditions de travail.
