Article D122-10 of the French Sports Code

The application for approval must be accompanied by the following documents:

1° The articles of association of the association and of the company ;

2° A receipt for the registration of the association’s trademark or name with the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle;

3° The list of salaried staff and their distribution in each of the two entities;

4° The agreement between the owner of the sports facilities and the association or company, specifying the terms and conditions of use of the sports facilities by the association and the company;

5° The provisional budget for the association and the company.

Article D122-10

La demande d’approbation est accompagnée des documents suivants :

1° Les statuts de l’association et de la société ;

2° Le récépissé du dépôt de marque ou dénomination auprès de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle par l’association ;

3° La liste des personnels salariés et leur répartition dans chacune des deux entités ;

4° La convention liant le propriétaire des installations sportives à l’association ou à la société et précisant les modalités d’utilisation de ces installations sportives par l’association et la société ;

5° Le budget prévisionnel de l’association, d’une part, de la société, d’autre part.
