Article D1233-49 of the French Labour Code

In application of article L. 1233-69 of this code, the skills operators finance 20% of the total educational cost of each of the training courses provided for in article L. 1233-65, with the exception of transport, meal and accommodation costs.

En application de l’article L. 1233-69 du présent code, les opérateurs de compétences financent 20 % du coût pédagogique total de chacune des actions de formation prévues à l’article L. 1233-65, à l’exception des frais de transport, de repas et d’hébergement.
