Article D1233-50 of the French Labour Code

When the framework agreement mentioned in article L. 6332-21 of this code provides for the financing of the measures provided for in article L. 1233-65, the skills operators respond to the calls for projects mentioned in article R. 6332-106 in order to receive financing from the joint fund for securing professional career paths for 80% of the amount of the educational cost of each training course as well as, where applicable, the costs of transport, meals and accommodation.

By way of derogation from article D. 1233-49, if no response is received to the call for projects mentioned in the first paragraph, the skills operator will finance the entire educational cost of each training course as well as, where applicable, the costs of transport, meals and accommodation.

Lorsque l’accord-cadre mentionné à l’article L. 6332-21 du présent code prévoit le financement des mesures prévues à l’article L. 1233-65, les opérateurs de compétences répondent aux appels à projet mentionnés à l’article R. 6332-106 pour bénéficier du financement du fond paritaire de sécurisation des parcours professionnels à hauteur de 80 % du montant du coût pédagogique de chaque formation ainsi que, le cas échéant, des frais de transport, de repas et d’hébergement.

Par dérogation à l’article D. 1233-49, à défaut de réponse à l’appel à projet mentionné au premier alinéa, l’opérateur de compétences finance la totalité du coût pédagogique de chaque formation ainsi que, le cas échéant, les frais de transport, de repas et d’hébergement.
