Article D1423-57 of the French Labour Code

Employing councillors who carry out one of the activities listed in article R. 1423-55 before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m. or who have ceased their professional activity receive an allowance for their shifts, the hourly rate of which is equal to the rate set by article D. 1423-56.

If he/she carries out one of these activities between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., he/she will receive an allowance at twice this rate.

Le conseiller prud’homme employeur qui exerce l’une des activités énumérées à l’article R. 1423-55 avant 8 heures et après 18 heures ou qui a cessé son activité professionnelle perçoit une allocation pour ses vacations dont le taux horaire est égal au taux fixé par l’article D. 1423-56.


Lorsqu’il exerce l’une de ces activités entre 8 heures et 18 heures, il perçoit des vacations dont le taux horaire est égal à deux fois ce taux.
