The provisions of I of article 721-2 are not applicable to convicts subject to a probationary suspension, socio-judicial monitoring, judicial supervision, home detention under electronic monitoring, external placement or semi-liberty and likely to be subject in this context to the obligations and prohibitions provided for by this article.

Les dispositions du I de l’article 721-2 ne sont pas applicables aux condamnés faisant l’objet d’un sursis probatoire, d’un suivi socio-judiciaire, d’une surveillance judiciaire, d’une détention à domicile sous surveillance électronique, d’un placement extérieur ou d’une semi-liberté et susceptibles d’être soumis dans ce cadre aux obligations et interdictions prévues par cet article.
