Article D2671-3-1 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of Article D. 2192-2 in New Caledonia :

a) The words “to L. 2192-3” are replaced by the words “and L. 2192-2” ;

b) Where necessary, the reference to the identity number determined pursuant to Article R. 123-221 of the French Commercial Code is replaced by the reference to the RIDET directory number in accordance with locally applicable regulations.

b) En tant que de besoin, la référence au numéro d’identité déterminé en application de l’article R. 123-221 du code de commerce est remplacée par la référence au numéro du répertoire RIDET en vertu de la réglementation applicable localement.
