I.-Accreditation may be withdrawn if a regional cross-industry joint committee no longer complies with the provisions of articles L. 6323-17-6, D. 6323-20-1, D. 6323-21, D. 6323-21-2 and D. 6323-21-4.
II -When the regional prefect finds that a regional cross-industry joint committee no longer complies with the provisions mentioned in I, he/she will send it a formal notice, stating the reasons, by any means giving a date certain for receipt of this formal notice.
The regional cross-industry joint committee has two months to present its written or oral observations.
III – In the light of the response from the regional joint trade committee or, where applicable, on expiry of this period, the regional prefect may withdraw approval by decree.
The order specifies the date on which the withdrawal takes effect, as well as the arrangements for the devolution of the assets of the operator concerned. The operator will be notified of the order and it will be published in the prefecture’s recueil des actes administratifs.
