Article D6323-20-1 of the French Labour Code

I.-The board of directors of the regional joint cross-industry committee is composed, taking into account the representativeness of the signatories of the agreement establishing the committee, of no more than twenty full members as follows:

a maximum of ten full members representing representative employee trade unions at national and cross-industry level;

a maximum of ten full members representing employers’ organisations that are representative at national and cross-industry level.

II – Each member organisation of the Board of Directors has a number of votes proportional to the audience established at national and cross-industry level in application of 3° of article L. 2122-9.

I.-Le conseil d’administration de la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale est composé, en tenant compte de la représentativité des signataires de l’accord constitutif de la commission, d’au plus vingt membres titulaires comme suit :


-dix membres titulaires au plus représentant les organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives au niveau national et interprofessionnel ;


-dix membres titulaires au plus représentant les organisations professionnelles d’employeurs représentatives au niveau national et interprofessionnel.


II.-Chaque organisation membre du conseil d’administration dispose d’un nombre de voix proportionnel à l’audience établie au niveau national et interprofessionnel en application du 3° de l’article L. 2122-9.
