Article D6323-21-3 of the French Labour Code

I.-A three-year agreement on objectives and resources is concluded between the regional joint interprofessional committee and the regional prefect.

During the procedure prior to this agreement, the regional joint interprofessional committee sends the regional prefect a statement of the guidelines for its activity and the forecast development of the resulting costs.

II.-The parties carry out an annual assessment to monitor the agreement on objectives and resources. They will assess the extent to which the objectives set have been achieved.

III -A copy of the agreement and the annual assessment is sent to France Compétences and the Minister for Vocational Training by the Regional Prefect.

I.-Une convention d’objectifs et de moyens triennale est conclue entre la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale et le préfet de région.


Lors de la procédure préalable à cette convention, la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale transmet au préfet de région un état des orientations de son activité et de l’évolution prévisionnelle des charges qui en résultent.


II.-Les parties procèdent annuellement à l’évaluation de suivi de la convention d’objectifs et de moyens. Elles apprécient le niveau de réalisation des objectifs fixés.


III.-Une copie de la convention et de l’évaluation annuelle est transmise à France compétences et au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle par le préfet de région.
