Article D6325-12 of the French Labour Code

The support measures and the general, vocational and technological courses mentioned in article L. 6325-13, set up as part of a professionalisation contract by a training organisation or educational establishment, give rise to the signing, between the company and the training organisation or educational establishment, of an agreement specifying the objectives, the programme and the procedures for organising, assessing and sanctioning the training.

Les actions d’accompagnement ainsi que les enseignements généraux, professionnels et technologiques mentionnés à l’article L. 6325-13, mis en place dans le cadre d’un contrat de professionnalisation par un organisme de formation ou un établissement d’enseignement, donnent lieu à la signature, entre l’entreprise et l’organisme de formation ou l’établissement d’enseignement, d’une convention précisant les objectifs, le programme et les modalités d’organisation, d’évaluation et de sanction de la formation.
