Article D6325-13 of the French Labour Code

Within two months of the start of the professionalisation contract, the employer will examine with the employee the suitability of the training programme in terms of the employee’s prior learning.

If it is not, the employer and the employee may, within the limits of the duration of the contract, sign an amendment.

This amendment is sent to the skills operator. It is filed with the regional directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment in accordance with the procedures and conditions defined in article D. 6325-2.

Dans les deux mois suivant le début du contrat de professionnalisation, l’employeur examine avec le salarié l’adéquation du programme de formation au regard des acquis du salarié.


En cas d’inadéquation, l’employeur et le salarié peuvent, dans les limites de la durée de ce contrat, conclure un avenant.


Cet avenant est transmis à l’ opérateur de compétences. Il est déposé à la direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi selon les modalités et dans les conditions définies à l’article D. 6325-2.
