Within twenty days of receiving the contract and the document attached to it, the collecting body will decide whether or not to cover the cost. In particular, it will check that the stipulations of the contract do not contravene a legal provision or an agreement. It notifies the employer of its decision regarding financial coverage. In the absence of a decision from the body within this period, the payment is deemed to have been accepted and the contract is deemed to have been submitted.
If the body refuses to cover the cost on the grounds that the stipulations of the contract are contrary to a legal provision or a stipulation in the agreement, it will notify the employer and the employee holding the contract of its reasoned decision.
