Hosting an employee in companies other than those employing him/her is subject to an agreement between the employer, the host companies and the employee.
The agreement specifies in particular
1° The title, diploma or vocational qualification certificate being prepared, the duration of the period of work experience and the nature of the tasks entrusted to the employee ;
2° The working hours and locations;
3° The arrangements for sharing the costs, remuneration and benefits associated with the employee’s employment between the employer and each host company;
4° The arrangements for sharing transport and accommodation costs between the employer and each host company;
5° The obligation for each host company to take out civil liability insurance.
