When the professionalisation contract, or the professionalisation action in the case of an open-ended employment contract, is terminated before its term, the employer must notify this termination within thirty days:
1° To the Regional Director of the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity via the dematerialised service mentioned in the second paragraph of article D. 6325-1;
2° To the skills operator via the dematerialised service mentioned in the second paragraph of Article D. 6325-1;
3° To the body responsible for collecting social security contributions.
