The Nuclear Safety Authority and the radiation protection inspectors shall monitor compliance with the provisions of this chapter, Articles L. 5212-1 and L. 5212-2 relating to the use of medical devices in the medical application of ionising radiation, and the radiation protection measures provided for in Chapter I of Title V of Book IV of Part Four of the Labour Code, as well as the regulations and requirements adopted for their application.
However, in the cases provided for in II, III, IV and VI of article L. 1333-9, the administrative authorities and agents competent under the schemes mentioned in the said article shall ensure, each insofar as it is concerned, compliance with the provisions of the regulatory or individual acts taken in application of these schemes ensuring that the obligations mentioned in the first paragraph are taken into account.
