Article L213-34 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When a contract for the transfer of broadcasting rights for a cinematographic work to a television service publisher provides for additional remuneration based on the results of the exhibition of this work in cinemas, the line producer must attach to the transmission of the exhibition account provided for in articles L. 213-32 and L. 213-33 the information relating to the payment of this remuneration.

Article L213-34

Lorsqu’un contrat de cession de droits de diffusion d’une œuvre cinématographique à un éditeur de services de télévision prévoit une rémunération complémentaire en fonction des résultats d’exploitation de cette œuvre en salles de spectacles cinématographiques, le producteur délégué joint à la transmission du compte d’exploitation prévue aux articles L. 213-32 et L. 213-33 les informations relatives au versement de cette rémunération.
