Article L213-5 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Each year, the Film Ombudsman examines the implementation of programming commitments made in application of 1° and 2° of article L. 212-23.

He may obtain any additional information he deems useful.

As part of this review, it makes observations and recommendations which are forwarded to the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article L213-5

Le médiateur du cinéma examine chaque année la mise en œuvre des engagements de programmation souscrits en application des 1° et 2° de l’article L. 212-23.

Il peut obtenir communication de tout élément d’information complémentaire dont il juge utile de disposer.

Dans le cadre de cet examen, il formule des observations et des recommandations qui sont communiquées au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
