The joint fund helps to finance the following activities, which constitute missions of general interest for the employees’ trade union organisations and the professional employers’ organisations concerned:
1° The design, management, coordination and evaluation of policies conducted on a joint basis by means of the contribution referred to in 1° of the I of article L. 2135-10 and, where applicable, voluntary contributions paid pursuant to 2° of the same I ;
2° The participation of employees’ trade unions and employers’ professional organisations in the design, implementation and monitoring of public policies falling within the remit of the State, in particular through the leadership and management of research bodies, negotiation, consultation and consultation, by means of the subsidy mentioned in 3° of the said I ;
3° Economic, social, environmental and trade union training for employees called upon to exercise trade union functions or for members of an employees’ trade union organisation called upon to intervene on behalf of employees, as defined in articles L. 2145-1 and L. 2145-2, in particular the compensation of employees benefiting from training leave, the organisation of activities for employees exercising trade union functions, their information under the policies mentioned in 1° and 2° of this article as well as the joint training courses mentioned in article L. 2212-1, by means of the contribution provided for in 1° of I of article L. 2135-10 and the subsidy provided for in 3° of the same I ;
4° Any other mission of general interest for which other resources are provided on the basis of 4° of the said I.
