Article L222-8 of the French Consumer Code

The period referred to in article L. 222-7 runs from the day on which :

1° The distance contract is concluded;

2° The consumer receives the contractual terms and conditions and the information in accordance with Article L. 222-6, if the latter date is later than that mentioned in 1° of this article.

Le délai mentionné à l’article L. 222-7 court à compter du jour où :

1° Le contrat à distance est conclu ;

2° Le consommateur reçoit les conditions contractuelles et les informations conformément à l’article L. 222-6, si cette dernière date est postérieure à celle mentionnée au 1° du présent article.
