Branch, group, inter-company, company and establishment agreements are made public and included in a national database, the content of which is published online in an easily reusable open standard. They are published in a version that does not include the full names of the negotiators and signatories.
After the conclusion of the group, inter-company, company or establishment agreement, the parties may agree that part of the agreement need not be published in accordance with the first paragraph. This act, together with the full version of the agreement or arrangement and the version of the agreement or arrangement intended for publication, shall be attached to the filing provided for in article L. 2231-6. The employer may conceal elements that affect the strategic interests of the company.
The conditions of application of this article are defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
Profit-sharing agreements, company savings plans, inter-company savings plans, collective retirement savings plans or collective company retirement savings plans as well as the agreements mentioned in articles L. 1233-24-1 and L. 2254-2 are not subject to the publication provided for in this article.
