Where the conclusion of a contract for the sale or provision of services between a trader and a consumer, at a fair, exhibition or any commercial event covered by Chapter II of Title VI of Book VII of the Commercial Code, is accompanied, on the part of the trader, by an offer of affected credit as defined in 9° of Article L. 311-1, the contract for the sale or provision of services shall state in clear and legible terms, in a visible box, that :
1° The purchaser has a right of withdrawal for the affected credit used to finance their purchase;
2° The contract of sale or provision of services is automatically terminated, without compensation, if the borrower, within a period of fourteen days, exercises their right of withdrawal relating to the affected credit under the conditions set out in Article L. 312-52;
3° In the event that the contract of sale or provision of services is rescinded following the exercise of the right of withdrawal for affected credit, the seller or service provider shall reimburse, on simple request, any sum that the purchaser may have paid in advance of the price.
