Any advertisement relating to any contract or group of contracts for the use of timeshare, long-term holiday product or for resale or exchange shall indicate the possibility of obtaining the information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74. Any invitation to an event for the purpose of selling or promoting one of the products or services mentioned above shall clearly indicate the commercial purpose and nature of the event. For the duration of the event, the professional makes available to the consumer the information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74.
