Article L224-74 of the French Consumer Code

For timeshare contracts, the offer mentioned in article L. 224-73 also indicates:
1° Whether or not it is possible to take part in an exchange system and, if so, the name of the exchange system and its cost;
2° If the property is under construction, essential information relating to the building permit, the state and timescales for completion of the accommodation and its services, connection to the various networks, and completion or reimbursement guarantees in the event of non-completion.
For long-term holiday product contracts, the offer mentioned in article L. 224-73 also indicates:
1° The terms and conditions relating to the staggered price payment schedule;
2° Indications relating to any increase in the cost of annual instalments.
For resale contracts, the offer referred to in article L. 224-73 also indicates the price to be paid by the consumer to benefit from the services of the professional and an indication of the compulsory additional charges.

Pour les contrats de jouissance à temps partagé, l’offre mentionnée à l’article L. 224-73 indique en outre :
1° L’existence ou non de la possibilité de participer à un système d’échange et, dans l’affirmative, l’indication du nom de ce système d’échange et de son coût ;
2° Si l’immeuble est en construction, les indications essentielles relatives au permis de construire, à l’état et aux délais d’achèvement du logement et de ses services, au raccordement aux divers réseaux, et aux garanties d’achèvement ou de remboursement en cas de non-achèvement.
Pour les contrats de produit de vacances à long terme, l’offre mentionnée à l’article L. 224-73 indique en outre :
1° Les modalités relatives au calendrier de paiement échelonné du prix ;
2° Les indications relatives à l’éventuelle augmentation du coût des annuités.
Pour les contrats de revente, l’offre mentionnée à l’article L. 224-73 indique en outre le prix à payer par le consommateur pour bénéficier des services du professionnel et l’indication des frais complémentaires obligatoires.
