Any personalised ad distributed by a professional to offer meetings with a view to marriage or a stable union shall include their name, address or that of their registered office, as well as their telephone number. Where several advertisements are distributed by the same professional, his or her address may appear only once, provided that it is perfectly apparent.
Each advertisement specifies the sex, age, family situation, sector of professional activity and region of residence of the person concerned, as well as the qualities of the person sought by him or her.
The professional must be able to prove the existence of an agreement by the person featured in the advertisement on the content and distribution of the advertisement.
