The organisations bound by a branch agreement or, failing that, by professional agreements meet to negotiate every three years on measures to ensure professional equality between women and men and on remedial measures to remedy the inequalities observed. The implementation of these remedial measures, where they relate to pay, is monitored as part of the compulsory annual negotiations on pay provided for in article L. 2241-8.
The negotiations shall focus in particular on :
1° Conditions of access to employment, training and professional promotion ;
2° Working and employment conditions, particularly for part-time employees.
The information required for negotiation is determined by regulation.
