Article L2241-18 of the French Labour Code

The agreement aimed at eliminating pay differentials concluded following the annual and five-yearly negotiations is filed with the administrative authority under the conditions defined in article L. 2231-6.

If no agreement is filed or no minutes of disagreement are sent to this authority, containing the parties’ proposals as they stand, the joint committee referred to in article L. 2261-20 is convened on the initiative of the Minister for Labour in order to start or continue the negotiations provided for in article L. 2241-17.

Article L2241-18

L’accord visant à supprimer les écarts de rémunération conclu à la suite des négociations annuelle et quinquennale fait l’objet d’un dépôt auprès de l’autorité administrative dans les conditions définies à l’article L. 2231-6.

En l’absence de dépôt d’un accord ou de transmission d’un procès-verbal de désaccord auprès de cette autorité, contenant les propositions des parties en leur dernier état, la commission mixte mentionnée à l’article L. 2261-20 est réunie à l’initiative du ministre chargé du travail afin que s’engagent ou se poursuivent les négociations prévues à l’article L. 2241-17.
