When the denunciation of a branch agreement or a professional or interprofessional agreement comes from a single signatory organisation, either for the employers’ side or for the employees’ side, concerning a territorial or professional sector included in the field of application of the denounced text, this field of application is modified accordingly.

Lorsque la dénonciation d’une convention de branche ou d’un accord professionnel ou interprofessionnel émane d’une organisation seule signataire, soit pour la partie employeurs, soit pour la partie salariés, concernant un secteur territorial ou professionnel inclus dans le champ d’application du texte dénoncé, ce champ d’application est modifié en conséquence.
