Article L241-10 of the French Consumer Code

Any breach of the provisions of article L. 217-12 relating to the terms and conditions for bringing the goods into conformity, is subject to an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a natural person and 75,000 euros for a legal entity.

This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.

Tout manquement aux dispositions de l’article L. 217-12 relatif aux modalités de la mise en conformité du bien, est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 euros pour une personne physique et 75 000 euros pour une personne morale.

Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
