Any breach of the information obligations set out in articles L. 221-5, L. 221-6, L. 221-8, L. 221-11, L. 221-12 to L. 221-14 is liable to an administrative fine of up to €15,000 for a natural person and €75,000 for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux obligations d’information prévues aux articles L. 221-5, L. 221-6, L. 221-8, L. 221-11, L. 221-12 à L. 221-14 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 euros pour une personne physique et 75 000 euros pour une personne morale.
