Any breach of the provisions of article L. 221-17 relating to the ban on masked numbers in telephone canvassing is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €75,000 for a natural person and €375,000 for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions de l’article L. 221-17 relatif à l’interdiction des numéros masqués en matière de démarchage téléphonique est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 75 000 € pour une personne physique et 375 000 € pour une personne morale.
Cette amende est prononcée dans les conditions prévues au chapitre II du titre II du livre V.
