Failing to provide the customer with a copy of the contract under the conditions set out in article L. 221-9 or delivering a contract that does not comply with the provisions of the same article is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros.

Le fait de ne pas remettre au client un exemplaire du contrat dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 221-9 ou de remettre un contrat non conforme aux dispositions du même article est puni d’une peine d’emprisonnement de deux ans et d’une amende de 150 000 euros.
