Article L2441-3 of the French Public Health Code

For the application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia of Article L. 2131-4 :

1° In the third paragraph, the words: “A doctor practising in a multidisciplinary prenatal diagnosis centre as defined by Article L. 2131-1 must certify that” are replaced by the words: “When it is certified that”;

2° The penultimate paragraph reads as follows:

“It may only be carried out in a body authorised for this purpose by the regulations applicable locally. ”

3° The last sentence of the last paragraph is deleted.

Pour l’application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française de l’article L. 2131-4 :

1° Au troisième alinéa, les mots : ” Un médecin exerçant son activité dans un centre de diagnostic prénatal pluridisciplinaire tel que défini par l’article L. 2131-1 doit attester que ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” Lorsqu’il est attesté que ” ;

2° L’avant-dernier alinéa est ainsi rédigé :

“ Il ne peut être réalisé que dans un organisme habilité à cet effet par la réglementation applicable localement. ”

3° La dernière phrase du dernier alinéa est supprimée.
