Article L2445-3 of the French Public Health Code

For their application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia:

1° At the end of the first sentence of the first paragraph of article L. 2212-6, the words: “under the conditions laid down in the second paragraph of article L. 2212-2” are deleted;

2° At the end of the first paragraph of article L. 2212-8, the words: “under the conditions laid down in article L. 2212-2” are deleted.

Article L2445-3

Pour leur application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française :

1° A la fin de la première phrase du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2212-6, les mots : “ dans les conditions fixées au second alinéa de l’article L. 2212-2 ” sont supprimés ;

2° A la fin du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2212-8, les mots : “ selon les modalités prévues à l’article L. 2212-2 ” sont supprimés.
