Article L2542-26 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of title IV of book II of the present part are applicable to the communes of the départements of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin with the exception of those of the first paragraph of article L. 2241-1, the articles L. 2241-6, L. 2241-7, L. 2242-1, L. 2242-2 and the first and third paragraphs of article L. 2242-4.

However, the provisions of the first paragraph of article L. 2241-5 are applicable only to social welfare offices.

Les dispositions du titre IV du livre II de la présente partie sont applicables aux communes des départements de la Moselle, du Bas-Rhin et du Haut-Rhin à l’exception de celles du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2241-1, des articles L. 2241-6, L. 2241-7, L. 2242-1, L. 2242-2 et des premier et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 2242-4.

Toutefois, les dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article L. 2241-5 sont applicables seulement aux bureaux d’aide sociale.
