Article L331-8-1 of the French Sports Code

Make An Appointment

Article L331-8-1 of the French Sports Code

Declarations of sporting events taking place on public roads within the territory of a single municipality and not involving the participation of motor vehicles are transferred to the mayor of the municipality concerned or to the Préfet de Police in Paris.

The conditions for the application of this article are laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
