Article L3314-7 of the French Labour Code

A profit-sharing agreement approved in application ofOrdinance no. 59-126 of 7 January 1959 designed to promote employee involvement in the company may continue to use the distribution criteria based on seniority and qualifications as approved in this context, provided that it has been renewed without interruption since its last approval.

L’accord d’intéressement homologué en application de l’ordonnance n° 59-126 du 7 janvier 1959 tendant à favoriser l’association ou l’intéressement des travailleurs à l’entreprise peut continuer de retenir les critères de répartition fondés sur l’ancienneté et la qualification tel qu’il a été homologué dans ce cadre, dès lors qu’il aura été renouvelé sans discontinuité depuis sa dernière homologation.
