Article L3334-7 of the French Labour Code

A former employee may continue to make payments into the group retirement savings plan. These payments do not benefit from additional payments made by the company, and the costs of managing them are borne exclusively by the former employee making the payments. These costs are subject to ceilings set by decree.

This option is not available to employees who have access to a group retirement savings plan in the new company where they are employed.

Un ancien salarié peut continuer à effectuer des versements sur le plan d’épargne pour la retraite collectif. Ces versements ne bénéficient pas des versements complémentaires de l’entreprise et les frais afférents à leur gestion sont à la charge exclusive de l’ancien salarié qui effectue ces versements. Ces frais font l’objet de plafonds fixés par décret.

Cette possibilité n’est pas ouverte au salarié qui a accès à un plan d’épargne pour la retraite collectif dans la nouvelle entreprise où il est employé.
