Article L3334-9 of the French Labour Code

Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles L. 3332-11 to L. 3332-13 and L. 3334-10, sums from profit-sharing which are paid into the collective retirement savings plan may give rise to an additional payment by the company within the limits provided for in these Articles.

Par dérogation aux dispositions des articles L. 3332-11 à L. 3332-13 et L. 3334-10, les sommes issues de la participation qui sont versées au plan d’épargne pour la retraite collectif peuvent donner lieu à versement complémentaire de l’entreprise dans les limites prévues à ces articles.
