Article L341-6 of the French Tourism Code

The rules relating to the obligations imposed by the concession-granting authority of a marina, concerning the reconstitution of artificial beach areas, are set out in Article L. 321-4 of the Environment Code hereafter reproduced:

“Art. L. 321-4 of the Environment Code.

The licensing authority for a marina grants the concession with the requirement, where applicable, to restore an artificial beach area or shellfish or aquaculture potential equivalent to that destroyed by the construction work. “

Les règles relatives aux obligations imposées par l’autorité concédante d’un port de plaisance, relatives à la reconstitution des surfaces de plage artificielle, sont fixées par l’article L. 321-4 du code de l’environnement ci-après reproduit :

” Art. L. 321-4 du code de l’environnement.

L’autorité concédante d’un port de plaisance accorde la concession en imposant, s’il y a lieu, la reconstitution d’une surface de plage artificielle ou d’un potentiel conchylicole ou aquacole équivalent à ce qui aura été détruit par les travaux de construction. “
