Article L343-9 of the French Tourism Code

The rules relating to agreements between local authorities and their groupings and the owners of woods, parks and natural areas located within their territory with a view to opening said woods, parks and natural areas to the public are laid down by Article L. 113-6 of the town planning code.

Les règles relatives aux conventions entre collectivités locales et leurs groupements et propriétaires de bois, parcs et espaces naturels situés sur leur territoire tendant à l’ouverture au public desdits bois, parcs et espaces naturels sont fixées par l’article L. 113-6 du code de l’urbanisme.
