Article L4523-3 of the French Labour Code

The Social and Economic Committee is informed following any incident that could have had serious consequences. It may analyse the incident and propose any action to prevent its recurrence. The follow-up to these proposals is examined as part of the presentation of the annual report and programme, as provided for inarticle L. 2312-27.

Le comité social et économique est informé à la suite de tout incident qui aurait pu entraîner des conséquences graves. Il peut procéder à l’analyse de l’incident et proposer toute action visant à prévenir son renouvellement. Le suivi de ces propositions fait l’objet d’un examen dans le cadre de la présentation de bilan et de programme annuels, prévue à l’article L. 2312-27.
