Article L4755-1 of the French Labour Code

As an exception to the first paragraph of Article L. 4751-1, the fines provided for in this chapter shall be imposed and recovered by the competent market surveillance authority, under the conditions defined in Articles L. 8115-4, L. 8115-5, with the exception of its third paragraph, L. 8115-6 and L. 8115-7, on the report of one of the officers mentioned in Articles L. 4311-6 or L. 4314-1.

Par exception au premier alinéa de l’article L. 4751-1, les amendes prévues au présent chapitre sont prononcées et recouvrées par l’autorité de surveillance de marché compétente, dans les conditions définies aux articles L. 8115-4, L. 8115-5, à l’exception de son troisième alinéa, L. 8115-6 et L. 8115-7, sur le rapport d’un des agents mentionnés aux articles L. 4311-6 ou L. 4314-1.
