Where the establishment of proof of the offence or breach depends on it and it cannot be established otherwise, authorised agents may only decline their capacity when they inform the person being inspected of the finding of an offence or breach.

Lorsque l’établissement de la preuve de l’infraction ou du manquement en dépend et qu’elle ne peut être établie autrement, les agents habilités peuvent ne décliner leur qualité qu’au moment où ils informent la personne contrôlée de la constatation d’une infraction ou d’un manquement.
