Article L5121-5 of the French Labour Code

Companies without trade union representatives benefit from State aid when they apply a branch agreement or a professional agreement on employment which provides for this possibility and determines the procedures for its direct application.

The aid is granted on the advice of the social and economic committee, if one exists.
